Understanding Shortlisting

With the exception of our Home Ownership products properties on MyMove are available on a first come first served basis. For more information on the different types of Home Ownership product, please visit our Home Ownership page.

Available properties may also display some additional criteria, these could be;

Preference given to those with a need for certain disabled persons adaptations such as a Level Access Shower, Stair lift or for Wheelchair Accessible properties.

Preference for family housing given to those with children under 16 years of age, or,

Preference given to those over a certain age where there is an approved age restriction in place.

MyMove properties will be ordered based on eligible bedroom need and then in order of date and time your expression of interest was placed, any additional criteria can also apply.

MyMove Working Extra properties will be ordered based on eligible bedroom need, qualification under Working Extra and then in order of date and time your expression of interest was placed, any additional criteria can also apply.
